Your midweek creative reset—no rules, just good lettering and better vibes ✍️✨

In this edition of Calligraphy Club, you’ll learn the foundations of modern calligraphy, then take your skills into a playful, open-ended creative session where you can experiment across multiple surfaces and styles.

We’ll start with the basics—brush pen techniques, stroke drills, and letterforms—using guided worksheets to help you build confidence quickly. You’ll also receive a Tombow Fudenosuke brush pen to take home and keep practicing your new favorite skill.

Then we open things up.

For the second half, you’ll step into your creative playground—a hands-on session where you’ll design and decorate a mix of pieces, including a greeting card, canvas pouch, and small wooden sign.

You’ll be guided through how to plan your design, transfer it onto different surfaces, and bring it to life using a variety of materials. Think lettering that feels personal, a little experimental, and completely your own.

We’ll have a full range of tools available—markers, paint, stencils, stamps, and more—so you can explore different styles and see what you love.

All skill levels are welcome. Whether you’re brand new or coming back to refine your style, this workshop is designed to feel approachable, creative, and genuinely fun.

Returning students are always welcome—advanced worksheets can be prepared upon request if you’d like to focus on things like letter connections, bounce lettering, or flourishes.
